I had been searching for a place to buy for over a year. In this time I had met with many Real Estate agents, but they were all pushy and sales motivated. When I finally got lucky enough to meet Cyndi I knew that I was going to work with her. There was zero stress, zero pressure and she was there for me every step of the way. As a first time homebuyer there were many things about the home buying process I did not know. When we hit bumps in the road, she leveraged her contacts for us. For example, my original loan fell through. She was able to get us in contact with another loan provider and we ended up getting an interest rate the was over a point lower than what my original lender had to offer. The loan ended up closing in less than three weeks. My other provider quoted a 60 day closing.
