We were fairly specific about wanting a charming 30's or 40's long beach home in the Bixby/Cal Heights area. " We were first introduced to Cyndi at an open house in the Belmont Heights area of Long Beach. After speaking with her and explaining our wants and needs for our first house purchase. We were fairly specific about wanting a charming 30's or 40's long beach home in the Bixby/Cal Heights area. Cyndi immediately set up an automated MLS listing feed that would update when new homes went on the market. This was very helpful for us to get a jump on properties we were interested in viewing. We looked at about 7 different homes before finally making an offer on a house. What made Cyndi unique is that she never tried to sell us on anything.
