I contacted her via internet about the possible chance of buying a second home in Huntington Beach. She was on top of things very quickly. As a first-time home buyer, it was imperative that I work with someone I could trust, and that could guide me through the maze of seller real estate/banker/escrow processes/procedures with pure simplicity. The three things I love best about her are: (1) she never pressured me to go view properties and never made lame suggestions about what I could do with a place, but let me do my own assessment; (2) she was incredibly efficient and answered all my questions about the availability of properties, their history, etc., and (3) she was prompt, prompt, prompt!! I never had to wait for a response to any emails or texts. Cyndi's personality was a perfect match for my husband, too. She's just such a good listener and so very professional, and that made my husband willing to work with her on every aspect of this transaction as well.
